Position: Personal Assistant to Executive Committee
Location: Brackenfell, Western Cape
Key Details

- Minimum Qualification: National Certificate (NQF Level 6)
- Experience Required: 5+ years in Executive PA role
- Department: Administration/Secretarial
Core Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules and resolve meeting conflicts proactively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain organized document management systems
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and stakeholder liaison
- Collaborate with MD’s Executive Assistant for seamless operations
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6)
- Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
