Position: Personal Assistant to Executive Committee

Location: Brackenfell, Western Cape

Key Details

  • Experience Required: 5+ years in Executive PA role

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules and resolve meeting conflicts proactively
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of executives
  • Maintain organized document management systems
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and stakeholder liaison
  • Collaborate with MD’s Executive Assistant for seamless operations

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6)
  • Valid Code B Driver’s License
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
