Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting senior management
- Proven track record in executive administrative support
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Security Services Director
- Manage administrative operations and document workflow
- Coordinate high-level meetings and prepare briefing materials
- Handle confidential documentation and information management
- Assist with budget administration and reporting
- Analyze submissions and provide executive summaries
