- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration/Public Management/Office Management
- 5+ years’ executive support experience (public/private sector preferred)
- Proficiency in managing state functions/visits
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy essential
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage executive diary and office operations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Prepare meeting documentation and minutes
- Maintain records management system
- Handle correspondence and document preparation
Stakeholder Relations
- Act as liaison between executive and stakeholders
- Manage communication flow and prioritization
- Coordinate high-level meetings and events
- Maintain stakeholder relationship database
Financial Oversight
- Manage office budget and procurement
- Process petty cash and expense claims
Confidentiality Management
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain professional standards in all interactions
