Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration/Public Management/Office Management
  • 5+ years’ executive support experience (public/private sector preferred)
  • Proficiency in managing state functions/visits
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Computer literacy essential

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage executive diary and office operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Prepare meeting documentation and minutes
  • Maintain records management system
  • Handle correspondence and document preparation

Stakeholder Relations

  • Act as liaison between executive and stakeholders
  • Manage communication flow and prioritization
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events
  • Maintain stakeholder relationship database

Financial Oversight

  • Manage office budget and procurement
  • Process petty cash and expense claims

Confidentiality Management

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain professional standards in all interactions
