Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education: Grade 12 + NQF Level 5 qualification (Secretarial/Administration)
- Experience: 3+ years in executive support roles
- Department: Economic Development & Tourism
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
- Coordinate meetings and manage documentation
- Assist with budget administration
- Maintain records management systems
- Handle procurement processes
Required Competencies
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of public service regulations
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience in skills development systems (preferred)
