Position Details

  • Education: Matric Certificate (National Certificate advantageous)
  • Experience: 2+ years administrative/PA experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to management team
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
  • Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Handle client communications and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office systems and document management
  • Process financial documentation and budget tracking

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience (financial services background preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with SAP/SanFin systems (advantageous)
