Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education: Matric Certificate (National Certificate advantageous)
- Experience: 2+ years administrative/PA experience
- Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
- Department: Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to management team
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Handle client communications and vendor coordination
- Maintain office systems and document management
- Process financial documentation and budget tracking
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven administrative experience (financial services background preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Familiarity with SAP/SanFin systems (advantageous)
