Position Overview
The South African Department of Defence seeks a qualified Personal Assistant to provide executive support to senior management. This full-time role requires occasional domestic and international travel.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- Secretarial diploma/equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Proven experience in agenda preparation and minute-taking for strategic meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Analyze regulatory documents and provide implementation recommendations
- Coordinate procurement processes and logistical arrangements
- Manage travel coordination and accommodation bookings
- Maintain documentation control for agendas, minutes, and decision registers
