- Manage executive scheduling and calendar coordination
- Prepare/edit corporate documents and presentations
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle confidential information management
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications
- Oversee meeting preparation and event coordination
- Maintain office supply inventory systems
- Manage executive correspondence and calls
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate with administrative qualifications
- 5+ years senior-level PA experience
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expertise in calendar management systems
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Professional discretion and ethical work approach
