Position Details:

Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Matric/Grade 12
Experience: 2-3 years in senior PA/Admin role
Location: Gauteng
Field: Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and GRNs
  • Support budget management and financial allocations
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain department records
  • Handle travel arrangements and visa processes
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Provide administrative support to leadership team

Requirements:

  • Proven PA experience at senior level
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Strong organizational and data analysis skills
