Qualification: Matric/Grade 12
Experience: 2-3 years in senior PA/Admin role
Location: Gauteng
Field: Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and GRNs
- Support budget management and financial allocations
- Coordinate meetings and maintain department records
- Handle travel arrangements and visa processes
- Prepare presentation materials
- Provide administrative support to leadership team
Requirements:
- Proven PA experience at senior level
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- SAP experience advantageous
- Strong organizational and data analysis skills
