Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Chief Director
  • Manage administrative processes and meeting coordination
  • Handle budget administration support tasks
  • Maintain compliance with governmental policies and regulations
  • Perform receptionist duties and document management
