Personal Assistant

Role overview:

The Personal Assistant supports the Chief Brand Officer (CBO) by managing tasks, staying organized, and handling administration. This role keeps daily operations running smoothly, from scheduling and travel to maintaining our creative office space. You will work closely with the Brand Project Coordinator to help with events, logistics, and support in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage the Chief Brand Officer’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule carefully.
  • Arrange all travel details, including flights, hotels, transfers, and plans. Use good judgment when scheduling time and tasks.
  • Track priorities and expect needs to make the most of the CBO’s time.
  • Help prepare for meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.

Office & Space Management

  • Handle the daily care of the office at 107 Castle Street to keep it tidy, presentable, and working well.
  • Manage cleaning, repairs, and supplies like office items and refreshments.
  • Work with outside suppliers and building staff as needed.

Event & Activation Support

  • Assist the Brand Project Coordinator with brand events, photoshoots, and workshops.
  • Organize details like food, setup, guest lists, invitations, and on-site help.
  • Ensure events run smoothly on the day.

Administrative & Errand Management

  • Run errands for the Chief Brand Officer, both personal and work-related.
  • Handle deliveries, bookings, and routine tasks.
  • Support admin work like filing, records, and emails.

Calendar & Travel Oversight

  • Keep a full calendar of travel and events, tracking all business and personal items.
  • Work with the Brand Project Coordinator to avoid clashes with brand activities.
  • Prepare travel papers and info packs when required.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally with senior leaders.
  • Valid driver’s license and your own car.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong admin abilities.
