Core Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules and communications
- Coordinate meetings and prepare briefing documents
- Handle confidential information and documentation
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditure reports
- Facilitate departmental administrative processes
- Supervise office equipment and supply management
