Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive support to executives and business units, enabling focus on strategic priorities through effective administrative management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules and optimize time utilization
  • Maintain compliance with governance standards and procedures
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications effectively
  • Ensure service excellence in all administrative functions
  • Manage resources efficiently and control costs
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reports

Essential Requirements

  • National Certificate (NQF Level 6 equivalent)
  • 3-5 years administrative experience at executive level
  • Advanced organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in office management systems
