Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive support to executives and business units, enabling focus on strategic priorities through effective administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules and optimize time utilization
- Maintain compliance with governance standards and procedures
- Coordinate stakeholder communications effectively
- Ensure service excellence in all administrative functions
- Manage resources efficiently and control costs
- Produce high-quality documentation and reports
Essential Requirements
- National Certificate (NQF Level 6 equivalent)
- 3-5 years administrative experience at executive level
- Advanced organizational and planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in office management systems
