Role Purpose:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to school leadership while managing HR processes and office operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage Principal’s schedule and confidential meetings
- Coordinate communications between leadership and parents
- Handle sensitive documentation and record-keeping
Event Management:
- Plan and execute school functions from conception to completion
- Manage vendor relationships and budget compliance
- Coordinate logistics for school trips and photography sessions
Office Administration:
- Supervise reception operations and staff attendance tracking
- Manage stationery and office supplies inventory
- Maintain uniform shop operations (where applicable)
HR Functions:
- Support recruitment processes and new staff onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Assist with performance review coordination
Candidate Profile:
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Personal Attributes:
- Discreet and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- 5+ years experience in administrative/PA roles
- Experience in HR administration preferred
