Key Qualifications
- National Certificate (NQF Level 6) in Office Management, Public Administration, or related field
- 1+ year experience in administrative/secretarial roles
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Head of Department
- Manage electronic filing systems and document control
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain executive diary
- Process official correspondence and telephone communications
- Monitor departmental budget tracking systems
