Key Qualifications

  • National Certificate (NQF Level 6) in Office Management, Public Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in administrative/secretarial roles

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Head of Department
  • Manage electronic filing systems and document control
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain executive diary
  • Process official correspondence and telephone communications
  • Monitor departmental budget tracking systems
