Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive communications including phone calls, emails, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and document workflows
- Prepare reports, minutes, and briefing materials
- Monitor departmental budgets and expenditure reports
- Maintain confidential records and office systems
- Liaise between executive leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- NQF 6 qualification in Office Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience supporting senior executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of public sector processes (advantageous)
