Position Summary

We seek an organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support senior executives (Director, MD & COO). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • ○ Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • ○ Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas/minutes
  • ○ Create reports, presentations, and management documents
  • ○ Maintain digital filing systems and handle confidential data
  • ○ Support client communications and claims processing
  • ○ Assist with event coordination across multiple locations

Essential Requirements

  • ○ Matric certificate with relevant administrative qualification
  • ○ Minimum 1 year PA experience (financial sector advantageous)
  • ○ Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • ○ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • ○ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • ○ Professional client service approach
