  • Experience: 5 years as PA to Executive-level management

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage correspondence including calls, emails, and physical mail
  • Coordinate executive diary and travel arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents
  • Handle budget monitoring and expense reporting
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize internal/external meetings including venue logistics
  • Prepare and distribute agenda/Minutes
  • Compile board packs and management reports

Requirements:

  • National Certificate in Secretarial Studies
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Formal minute-taking certification
  • Proven track record supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
