Position Overview
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Director of Economic Enablement.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Secretarial/Administrative studies or related field
- 3+ years’ experience supporting senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data management and cross-departmental reporting systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and prepare documentation
- Assist with budget administration
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Handle procurement processes
Essential Skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of public service regulations and financial procedures
