Position: Personal Assistant – Chief Directorate
Location: Gauteng Province
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2+ years
Education: National Certificate/Diploma (NQF 6) in Office Management, Public Administration, or related field
Key Requirements
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Proven office administration experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of government administrative procedures
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to Chief Directorate leadership
- Manage office operations and administrative workflows
- Coordinate meetings and handle confidential documents
- Maintain updated knowledge of judicial policies and procedures
