Position Details
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Experience Required: 3+ years
Education: National Diploma in Public Administration/Management (NQF Level 6)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage executive communications including email screening and prioritization
- Coordinate diary management and meeting schedules
- Handle confidential documents and executive correspondence
- Organize travel arrangements and process expense claims
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Maintain office filing systems and records management
- Monitor departmental budget expenditure
- Support procurement processes and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma in relevant field
- 3 years’ experience in executive support roles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of public sector operations (advantageous)
