Key Responsibilities
Director Support:
- Manage executive schedules and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate departmental procurement processes
- Provide general administrative support
Department Operations:
- Maintain case management systems and records
- Track correspondence with complainants/respondents
- Organize physical/digital filing systems
Committee Coordination:
- Schedule meetings and prepare agenda materials
- Record accurate meeting minutes
- Maintain committee documentation
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12 minimum)
- 5+ years executive support experience
- Proven committee administration skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
