- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently
- Manage inventory and resolve customer queries effectively
- Uphold stock control procedures and loss prevention measures
Candidate Profile:
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Reliable team player with problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable to retail schedules (weekends/public holidays)
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Interest in outdoor lifestyle products (advantageous)
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Valid Matric certificate
- Clean criminal and credit record
- South African citizenship
Preferred:
- 1+ year retail experience
- Familiarity with current fashion/outdoor trends
