Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Maintain inventory controls and prevent stock losses
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Implement visual merchandising standards
- Keep store environment clean and welcoming
Candidate Profile
- 6 months retail experience preferred
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of outdoor lifestyle trends
- Valid police clearance certificate
