Position Summary
Location: Western Cape
Schedule: Part-Time (Retail Hours)
Experience: 6 months+ retail preferred
Education: Matric Certificate required
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Handle stock management and inventory control
- Resolve customer queries effectively
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Basic retail experience
- Strong numerical skills
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years retail experience
- Knowledge of outdoor products
- Computer literacy
Employment Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- Flexibility for retail schedules
- Valid right to work in South Africa
