Position Overview

Job Type: Part Time
Location: Galleria Mall, KwaZulu-Natal
Experience: 1 year (retail preferred)
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Process payments (cash, cards, vouchers) accurately
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Manage stock control and prevent losses
  • Promote loyalty programs and special offers

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate essential
  • 6+ months retail experience (1 year preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Flexible availability for retail hours
  • Valid South African ID
  • Clear criminal and credit record
