Experience Level: Entry Level (6 months retail experience preferred)

- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective selling techniques
- Maintain stock control and loss prevention measures
- Achieve consistent sales targets and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and maintain financial integrity

- Demonstrated honesty in financial handling

- Knowledge of current outdoor/lifestyle trends
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Clean criminal record
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours
