Employment Type: Part-Time Permanent
Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
Experience: 6 months retail experience preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective selling techniques
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Achieve consistent sales targets and identify growth opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and manage stock controls
- Stay updated on outdoor product knowledge and industry trends
Candidate Profile
- Proven retail experience with understanding of sales principles
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Interest in outdoor activities and lifestyle products
- Valid criminal clearance certificate
