Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by using effective customer selling techniques.
- Follow stock loss controls in the store.
- Meet individual targets consistently.
- Maximize and drive sales by spotting opportunities to increase turnover.
- Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring environment for customers.
