Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and selling experiences
- Maintain stock control and loss prevention standards
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Optimize store displays and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor organized and presentable
Candidate Profile:
- Trustworthy with financial transactions
- Adaptable to retail environment changes
- Proactive problem-solver
- Knowledgeable about outdoor lifestyles/trends
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
- 6 months retail experience (preferred)
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Clear criminal record
- Available for flexible scheduling
