Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and selling experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and manage stock control
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Stay updated on outdoor lifestyle trends and product knowledge
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Matric qualification or equivalent
- 6+ months retail experience (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for outdoor activities/lifestyle
- Clean criminal record
