Position Details

  • Experience Required: 1+ years in HR administration
  • Location: Centurion, Gauteng
  • Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents and training registers
  • Generate weekly reports and audits
  • Handle employee queries (leave, payroll, benefits)
  • Coordinate uniform/PPE distribution
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with event coordination

Requirements

  • Relevant HR qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Minimum 1 year HR administrative experience
  • Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in office software and HR systems
