Role Summary
We seek a detail-oriented intern to support our payroll operations through structured learning phases. This role requires multitasking abilities and adaptability in a team environment.
Training Program Structure
First Semester Responsibilities
- Conduct new employee inductions
- Manage payroll inquiries via phone and front desk
- Process employee resignations and exit documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Handle general administrative tasks
Second Semester Responsibilities
- Document management and quality assurance
- Payroll data entry and record updates
- Assist with payroll processing activities
- Handle UIF applications and related communications
- Support special payroll projects
Required Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred)
- Time management skills
- Quality-focused approach
Education Requirements
Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
