Role Summary

We seek a detail-oriented intern to support our payroll operations through structured learning phases. This role requires multitasking abilities and adaptability in a team environment.

Training Program Structure

First Semester Responsibilities

  • Conduct new employee inductions
  • Manage payroll inquiries via phone and front desk
  • Process employee resignations and exit documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Handle general administrative tasks

Second Semester Responsibilities

  • Document management and quality assurance
  • Payroll data entry and record updates
  • Assist with payroll processing activities
  • Handle UIF applications and related communications
  • Support special payroll projects

Required Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred)
  • Time management skills
  • Quality-focused approach

Education Requirements

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
