Payroll & HR Admin Analyst

Purpose of the role
- Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service to support business performance.
Core responsibilities
- Set up a professional, modern, and efficient payroll and HR administration process.
- Manage external providers, such as payroll, time and attendance partners, relocation, tax, and pension services.
- Ensure master data complies with all legal reporting requirements.
- Handle system management for regional or local systems like Payspace, time and attendance, and ticketing systems.
- Work closely with Epiroc IT and the Global RPA team on local and regional integrations.
- Set up, maintain, and analyze the PowerBI module in Payspace.
- Lead improvement tasks, processes, and routines in this area.
- Process tickets and provide second-line support to employees and managers.
- Process payroll when needed, as a backup to administrators.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes using digitization and agile methods for better efficiency.
- Be a role model for data-driven work practices.
- Collaborate actively with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally as One HR.
- Contribute to the development of the RCoE HR team.
Reporting line
- Reports to Senior Payroll & HR Admin Specialist, RCoE.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years in a similar role, with strong experience as a Payroll and/or HR Admin specialist.
- Experience in project management.
- Technical skills for automation initiatives, like API support.
- Deep knowledge of payroll and HR administration processes, plus a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data analysis tools.
- Good understanding of cloud-based payroll and HR systems like SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, Teams, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Experience in digitalizing and automating HR processes.
- Knowledge of agile methods and tools like Teams.
