Job Description

Provide superior customer service by achieving strong sales results and excellent merchandise presentation. Assist management with daily store operations. Be highly focused on customers and service.

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Ability to plan daily tasks
  • Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Protect store assets, including stock, cash, physical items, staff, and customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Set up store and department layouts effectively
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Handle stock room, markdowns, and lay-bys correctly
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain housekeeping
