OSS Hastings Learnership (12 Months)

Job Description

• This Learnership is a structured program that gives unemployed youth work experience in our company. It helps young people gain practical skills to prepare for their future careers.
• Successful applicants will sign a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) with the company. They will receive a stipend of R12,000. This is a learning opportunity for unemployed youth passionate about call centers who want to gain experience in the financial and insurance industry.

Working Hours

You will work shifts based on a set roster:

• Friday to Monday (9 hours each day)
• Saturdays (8 hours)
• Sundays (5 hours)
• You will have 2 weekdays off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
• One day a week will be for full training on-site toward a qualification.

Public Holidays

• You must work a full day on South African public holidays if scheduled, unless it is a public holiday in the UK.
