About the Role
Deliver organizational development services to improve provincial government operations through strategic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement organizational design strategies and change management programs
- Facilitate job evaluation processes and business process improvements
- Develop performance optimization initiatives aligned with public service objectives
- Maintain organizational development databases and reporting systems
- Promote compliance with national/provincial government policies
Required Qualifications
- 3-year tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Understanding of public sector governance frameworks
- Knowledge of job evaluation systems and organizational behavior principles
