About the Role

Deliver organizational development services to improve provincial government operations through strategic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement organizational design strategies and change management programs
  • Facilitate job evaluation processes and business process improvements
  • Develop performance optimization initiatives aligned with public service objectives
  • Maintain organizational development databases and reporting systems
  • Promote compliance with national/provincial government policies

Required Qualifications

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in relevant field
  • Understanding of public sector governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of job evaluation systems and organizational behavior principles
