Optometry Receptionist / Sales Assistant

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • General dispensing skills, such as helping customers choose frames, taking basic measurements, and making frame adjustments and repairs.
  • General administration and front-line reception duties.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Liaising with and assisting walk-in clients and customers.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Optometry reception and retail experience (essential).
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Bubbly and friendly personality.
  • Knowledge of optometry retail and medical aid software is an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
