Key Requirements
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) OR
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years relevant experience - Experience: 5-10 years in IT operations (1-3 years supervisory experience preferred)
- Technical Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Endpoint/Log Analytics)
Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Manage workstation deployment, asset management, and IT storeroom operations
- Oversee IMACD services (Installation, Movement, Addition, Change, Disposal)
- Coordinate procurement processes for end-user devices and support contracts
Team Management
- Lead financial processing for vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Monitor team performance against operational targets
- Implement workforce planning and capacity management
Compliance & Strategy
- Ensure adherence to governance policies and risk management protocols
- Develop operational budgets and cost optimization strategies
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
