Position Overview

Lead investigative operations and ensure team targets are met through effective resource management. Contribute to tax compliance and revenue protection in a supervisory capacity.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/NQF 7 Diploma in Accounting/Audit/Forensics + 5-7 years investigative experience (1 year supervisory)
• OR Matric/NQF 4 + 10 years investigative experience (1 year supervisory)

Operations Management

• Supervise team investigations and performance metrics
• Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes
• Develop operational strategies and improvement plans

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to legal frameworks and SARS policies
• Implement risk management protocols
• Maintain investigative standards and evidence handling
