Role Purpose
This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience in contact center operations, focusing on campaign optimization, process improvement, and performance analysis. Ideal for graduates interested in operational efficiency within a dynamic customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on daily campaign performance metrics
- Support schedule coordination and incentive program administration
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate agent performance records
- Collaborate on operational dashboards and reporting
- Document standard operating procedures
- Assist with business system enhancements
Essential Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Mathematical Technology, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and technical proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
