Role Purpose
Support telemarketing operations through data analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking in our fast-paced contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on daily campaign performance
- Assist with staff scheduling and incentive programs
- Identify operational improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate agent performance records
- Create operational dashboards and reports
- Document standard operating procedures
- Support business system enhancements
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Mathematical Technology or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software
