Role Purpose

Support telemarketing operations through data analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking in our fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on daily campaign performance
  • Assist with staff scheduling and incentive programs
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate agent performance records
  • Create operational dashboards and reports
  • Document standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Mathematical Technology or related field
