Position Details

  • Required Education: Matric with National Certificate/Degree (advantageous)
  • Experience: Administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
  • Department: Administration/Operations

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support:

  • Manage data entry, reconciliation, and report generation
  • Support controlling and internal sales functions
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and system alignment

HR & Payroll Coordination:

  • Facilitate payroll processing and records management
  • Assist recruitment processes and employee onboarding
  • Coordinate training programs and leave administration

Customer Service:

  • Process sales orders and monitor stock levels
  • Support invoicing and client relationship management
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with data management
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to dynamic environments
