Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Required Education: Matric with National Certificate/Degree (advantageous)
- Experience: Administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
- Department: Administration/Operations
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Manage data entry, reconciliation, and report generation
- Support controlling and internal sales functions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system alignment
HR & Payroll Coordination:
- Facilitate payroll processing and records management
- Assist recruitment processes and employee onboarding
- Coordinate training programs and leave administration
Customer Service:
- Process sales orders and monitor stock levels
- Support invoicing and client relationship management
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with data management
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Team-oriented with adaptability to dynamic environments
