Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin Support Assistant to join our team. This role offers valuable experience working with executive leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and prepare reports
  • Maintain operational documents and procedures
  • Coordinate operational activities and projects
  • Manage communications including calls and emails
  • Assist with inventory and office supply management
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Create weekly/monthly reports and branch/client communications
  • Process invoices, quotes, and payment documentation
  • Manage purchase orders and capital expenditure requests
  • Assist Executive Assistant to the Group CEO with scheduling and correspondence
  • Help organize company events and meetings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven administrative experience supporting executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience in fast-paced corporate environments
