Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin Support Assistant to join our team. This role offers valuable experience working with executive leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and prepare reports
- Maintain operational documents and procedures
- Coordinate operational activities and projects
- Manage communications including calls and emails
- Assist with inventory and office supply management
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Create weekly/monthly reports and branch/client communications
- Process invoices, quotes, and payment documentation
- Manage purchase orders and capital expenditure requests
- Assist Executive Assistant to the Group CEO with scheduling and correspondence
- Help organize company events and meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven administrative experience supporting executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience in fast-paced corporate environments
