– 1-Year Post-Basic PHC Nursing Qualification - Experience Required:
– 9 years nursing experience (post-registration)
– 5 years PHC nursing experience - Location: Mpumalanga Province
Role Requirements
Essential Competencies:
- Valid registration with South African Nursing Council
- Proven experience in Primary Healthcare systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing legislation and ethics
- Understanding of District Health System operations
- Basic HR and financial management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations at PHC facility
- Implement national healthcare standards and protocols
- Manage healthcare service quality and patient care
- Coordinate community health initiatives
- Supervise facility resources and infrastructure
- Maintain accurate health records and reports
