Required Qualification: Nursing Management Diploma/Degree + Advanced Midwifery Certification
Key Requirements
- Valid SANC registration as Professional Nurse
- 1-year Advanced Midwifery qualification (SANC accredited)
- 3+ years hospital management experience
- 6+ years clinical experience in maternity care
- Computer literacy essential

- Lead maternity unit operations and staff management
- Implement quality patient care standards
- Manage clinical governance and nursing protocols
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Coordinate health promotion initiatives
- Manage resources and clinical documentation
