Essential Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (R425 Qualification)
- Active registration with SA Nursing Council as Professional Nurse
- Post-Basic 1-Year Qualification: Advanced Midwifery
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management
- 10 Years Total Experience (9 Post-Registration)
- 5 Years Specialized Midwifery Experience
- 3 Years Management-Level Experience

- Lead clinical operations in maternity unit
- Manage staff, resources, and equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with nursing regulations & ethics
- Implement maternal health guidelines & safety standards
- Supervise staff development and training programs
- Coordinate health promotion initiatives
