Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Maternal, Child and Women’s Health (MCWH) program implementation
- Monitor healthcare strategies and service delivery standards
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration with government/NGO partners
- Supervise clinical teams and evaluate staff performance
- Analyze healthcare trends and prepare operational reports
