We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Operational Insights Driver. This position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and offers a hybrid work model (three days in the office and two days from home). Please note that Tetra Pak is not sponsoring visas or relocations for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Enhance strategic capabilities through technology, data science, and analysis
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and actionable insights into business performance
• Explore and implement AI techniques to improve data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data requirements with business goals
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and relevant data for insights and reports
• Improve data reporting processes to support decision-making
• Explore and implement AI technologies to optimize performance
• Seek improvement areas and develop feasible solutions
• Participate in global Business Transformation Projects

We Believe You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data management, information science, or a related field
• Experience in high-tech environments with digital solutions like RPA development, Power Platform, and AI systems
• Familiarity with process automation, AI techniques, and tools like Power BI
• Experience with business analytics tools, coding (Python), basic DBA, and SQL Server knowledge
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience applying machine learning algorithms
• Familiarity with AI platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure Machine Learning
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Strong analytical skills, agility, and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in English
