Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Western Cape
• Experience: 1+ years (EMS experience required)
• Qualification: Ambulance Emergency Assistant Certificate or Higher Certificate in Emergency Medical Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls
• Provide intermediate medical care within authorized scope
• Maintain operational readiness of emergency equipment
• Complete accurate patient documentation
• Uphold professional standards and ER24’s public image

Requirements:

• Valid HPCSA registration
• Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
• Knowledge of clinical practice guidelines
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Geographical knowledge of service areas

Training Advantage:

Priority given to candidates with up-to-date HPCSA Clinical Practice Guidelines training. Non-compliant applicants must complete training during probation.
