Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Certificate in Emergency Medical Care
• Experience: 1+ years in EMS (ILS experience preferred)
• Location: Limpopo
• Field: Medical/Healthcare

Core Purpose:

Respond to emergency calls and deliver intermediate medical care within approved scopes of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain emergency response readiness
• Provide patient care following protocols
• Uphold ER24’s professional reputation

Education Requirements:

Essential:
– Ambulance Emergency Assistant Certificate
– Higher Certificate in Emergency Medical Care

Preferred:
– Current HPCSA Clinical Practice Guidelines training
(Non-compliant candidates must complete during probation)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year EMS experience
• ILS experience advantageous

Essential Skills:

• Emergency medical best practices
• HPCSA regulations knowledge
• Geographical familiarity with service areas
• Medical documentation skills
• English proficiency (verbal/written)
