Primary Purpose

Deliver intermediate emergency medical care through prompt response to emergency calls within approved clinical guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain emergency response readiness for rapid deployment
  • Provide clinical care aligned with HPCSA scope of practice
  • Complete accurate electronic patient care records
  • Represent ER24’s values during community engagements

Requirements

  • Essential Certification: Valid AEA/HPCSA registration
  • Preferred Training: Current Clinical Practice Guidelines compliance
  • Experience: 1-year ILS/EMS field experience
  • Skills: Emergency protocols • Navigation proficiency • English fluency • Basic computer literacy
